Jon has over 30 years of experience as a consulting professional helping clients achieve their business objectives. He brings expertise in business strategy, complex project leadership, revenue growth and executive relationship building.

Since becoming CEO of Raining Virtue, the practice has more than tripled its number of associates and actual revenue. His desire to cultivate leaders, mentor those entering the consulting field, and empower associates to achieve their personal and career goals contribute to the longevity and success of Jon’s professional relationships.

Prior to Raining Virtue Solutions, Jon was President of Guidacent, where he helped other companies achieve their growth and revenue goals.

He spent 17 years at Point B, a national management consulting firm, where he served as National Director of Market Development and was accountable for practice leadership development, sales strategy, process and overall growth and geographic expansion of the firm.

Jon began his career at Andersen Consulting (Accenture), where he spent several years developing tactical projects and team leadership skills. He graduated with a BS in Engineering from the University of Colorado.

Jon makes his home in Edmonds, Washington and enjoys spending time with his wife and three adult children. His free time is spent traveling, fly fishing, cycling and skiing.

Jeff has over 13 years of experience in the Consulting Industry, where he currently serves as the Director at Raining Virtue. In his role, he acts as a strategic advisor and team leader, leading various business development initiatives and optimizing all revenue-generating activities and operations for the firm.

Jeff’s career has seen him wearing multiple hats, including that of a Business Leader, where he successfully pioneered, led, and scaled multiple profitable business and technology consulting startups and firms. He also excelled as a Strategy and Management Consultant, leading more than 40 customer engagements across various industries, and focusing on digital transformation, emerging technologies, business intelligence, data, and analytics.

He holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Management Information Systems from Gonzaga University. Before his consulting career Jeff played professional baseball with the Chicago Cubs organization and brings this unique experience to bat when solving challenges for organizations.

Outside of his professional life, Jeff is deeply involved in coaching youth baseball, having done so for the past 15 years. He resides in the Seattle area with his wife and three children, and he enjoys spending quality time with his family, coaching youth sports, indulging in activities around water, and never missing an opportunity for a round of golf.

Reynold brings over 20 years of experience crafting technology visions and building successful teams. He excels at helping clients develop technology strategies and roadmaps that align with stakeholder goals and provide clear direction for delivery teams.

As Vice President of Technology Services at Raining Virtue Solutions, Reynold leads our data and technology practices, steering our clients through the dynamic, high-paced tech environment. His leadership is pivotal in driving innovation and ensuring the successful delivery of solutions.

Before joining Raining Virtue Solutions, Reynold served as Vice President of Information Technology at Symetra, where he spearheaded multiple initiatives to modernize digital experiences and technology platforms.

After graduating from the University of Washington, Reynold began his consulting career at Andersen Consulting (now Accenture) and subsequently held leadership roles at Seattle-based consulting firms Point B and Guidacent. Additionally, he has provided strategic consulting as an independent advisor, helping various organizations achieve their goals.

Reynold resides in Seattle, WA, with his wife and three children. In his free time, he enjoys traveling, cycling, and exploring the great outdoors.

Laura is an HR professional who brings a well-rounded background in recruiting, relationship development, communication, mentoring, and training, with a consistent focus on creating meaningful, people-centered experiences. Using a thoughtful and approachable style, Laura excels at connecting with individuals at all levels of an organization, fostering trust and long-term engagement.

Throughout her career, Laura has played a key role in identifying and attracting top talent, while also supporting associates beyond the hiring process through ongoing mentorship and development. She is passionate about cultivating an environment where people feel supported, connected, and invested in one another—creating a sense of belonging and mutual respect that strengthens both teams and outcomes.

Outside of work Laura enjoys cooking, gardening, bee keeping, and, most of all, time with family.

Jeff has over 18 years’ experience specializing in collaborative team leadership and focusing on building teams with high level delivery and positive energy.

He brings a business strategy and bottom-line perspective to complex delivery, helping to foster trusted relationships with leadership to drive through ambiguity and bring success when others say, “that’s impossible.”

Prior to Raining Virtue, Jeff was an account manager and senior consultant at Guidacent, helping companies achieve their growth, revenue, and delivery goals.

After achieving a Computer Science degree with a focus in Artificial Intelligence, Jeff’s first 10 years as an FTE was serving as a developer, analyst, agile leader, process improvement specialist, TPM and business PM. Since then, he has focused on product and program management, delivering outcomes at a high level through application delivery, data solutions, ERP Transformations, ML algorithms and engines, platformization adoption and CMS consolidation.

Jeff brings a wealth of industry experience including insurance, energy, airline, travel, and retail (merchandising, inventory, and supply chain).

Jeff lives with his wife and 2-year-old son in Seattle. They love to travel and watch the movie Cars over and over and over…when Jeff gets the chance, he loves to indulge in one of his (too) many hobbies: pickleball, golf, snow ski, water ski, basketball, football, beverages, board games, video games, swimming, fishing, camping, and reading.

John is a successful and proven leader with over 20 years of experience helping clients realize their vision and achieve their objectives through business transformation and technology projects. John excels at helping clients align business technology implementation with business process optimization to deliver lasting business impact. He also has a proven track record of motivating and inspiring teams through the fast and efficient implementation of emerging technology innovations that raise revenues, decrease costs, and improve efficiencies.

John is Director of Raining Virtue’s Enterprise Applications practice where he helps clients evaluate and optimize their current enterprise application portfolio. He has deep experience working with a broad range of ERP platforms and enjoys helping clients get the most value out of their enterprise technology.

Prior to Raining Virtue, John spent 3 years as Director of Operations for digital startup Leafly. Before that, he spent 14 years as a Senior Consultant at Point B, a national management consulting firm, where he led many client projects to implement new IT solutions and optimize client technology platforms.

John lives in Seattle and enjoys hiking and other outdoor activities with his dog Sierra. He also frequently has the travel bug and enjoys traveling to international destinations.

Phil is a seasoned executive leader with expertise in product management with a focus on AI-enabled products. Phil oversees RV’s data and AI practice where he steers strategic focus and delivery for customer’s data and AI challenges. Prior to this, he helped as cofounder for a data science startup and led applied research and innovation for Point B.

Phil’s experience started early in his career leading product delivery for one of the earliest open-source software initiatives at the Pentagon, helping bridge cutting-edge technology with mission-critical government needs. He also served as a product leader at Microsoft, where he oversaw optimization of the purchase funnel for Xbox, guiding dozens of engineers to enhance user experience and drive revenue efficiency. These roles shape his blend of technical acumen, operational leadership, and product strategy.

Joanne Hasbrook is an accomplished and results-driven consultant with over 20 years of experience spearheading transformative initiatives across diverse industries including Financial Services, Healthcare, Aerospace, Life Sciences, and Hi-Tech. Known for blending deep expertise with artful leadership and innovative ideas, Joanne consistently delivers strategic program leadership and execution, seamless systems selection and implementation, effective organizational change management, and comprehensive merger and acquisition integration.

With a proven track record of motivating and leading diverse global teams, Joanne ensures the on-time delivery of critical outcomes while fostering talent development. Joanne’s love for consulting comes from the relationships it has allowed her to form with people that are honest, open, and bring the best out of their teammates.

Prior to Raining Virtue Joanne spent most of her career working at Point B, a national management consulting firm, where she drove significant impact, including leading HR’s Day 1 planning and execution for a $4.5 billion parts company acquisition, where she developed integration plans/roadmaps and effectively managed and mitigated project risks. She was pivotal in the turnaround of an enterprise Epic implementation, aligning governance across three healthcare organizations to ensure technology solutions met stringent business and operational requirements. Furthermore, her strategic assessment of call center processes led to over $600,000 in cost reductions for a national retail company within six months. Joanne’s expertise extends to leading large-scale regulatory compliance programs, such as a $7 million multi-year Current Expected Credit Loss program, integrating complex quantitative models and data solutions.

Joanne holds a Bachelor of Science from the University of Albany (SUNY) with dual concentrations in Management Information Systems and Finance, complemented by hundreds of hours of continuing education in leadership, project management, facilitation, communication, and team building. She started her career with Ernst & Young management consulting in NYC.

Originally from the east coast, Joanne calls Bellevue home where she resides with her husband and has two grown children. Joanne likes to stay active playing tennis, hiking, skiing, enjoys travel, cooking, and entertaining family and friends.

Based in North Bend, Washington, Joyce finds balance outside of work by spending time with her family, including four adult children and four grandchildren. She enjoys Pilates, walking, reading, and traveling — pursuits that keep her energized and connected. She brings the same sense of connection and balance to her client relationships, fostering trust and collaboration that drive lasting impact.
