Phil is a seasoned executive leader with expertise in product management with a focus on AI-enabled products. Phil oversees RV’s data and AI practice where he steers strategic focus and delivery for customer’s data and AI challenges. Prior to this, he helped as cofounder for a data science startup and led applied research and innovation for Point B.
Phil’s experience started early in his career leading product delivery for one of the earliest open-source software initiatives at the Pentagon, helping bridge cutting-edge technology with mission-critical government needs. He also served as a product leader at Microsoft, where he oversaw optimization of the purchase funnel for Xbox, guiding dozens of engineers to enhance user experience and drive revenue efficiency. These roles shape his blend of technical acumen, operational leadership, and product strategy.
