The Business/Data Analyst position requires strong business and technical skills. The candidate will be asked to document the “as-is” business process and data flow – no documentation currently exists. Expectation will be to attend meetings, capture requirements in meetings, follow-up with stakeholders as needed, and present captured requirements to the client. Client understands the process well and will provide audit/signoff. Next steps will be to capture and document “To-be” requirements for process and data flow for 3 project phases.

Qualifications:

• Can deep dive into data and trace down problems and solutions.
• Has experience capturing and documenting data and business process flows.
• Understanding and/or demonstrated respect for business usability of data (data meaning as it pertains to the business, data quality and accuracy).
• Cross department collaboration to pull the full business perspective together.
• Data visualization (Tableau, PowerBI).
• ETL experience (data capture and transformation).
• Systems analysis skill set (system mapping, architecture workflows, etc).
